GIOVANNI BARBERIO

CPA Auditor

Giovanni Barberio, CPA Auditor graduated at Concordia University in 1983 (Bachelor of Commerce) and obtained his CGA designation from the Order of CGA of Québec in 1989. Mr. Barberio held accounting and auditing positions in both national and local public accounting firms as well as in industry before establishing his public accounting practice in 1989. On May 16, 2012, the three professional accounting orders unified to become “L’ordre des CPA du Québec”. Mr. Barberio also holds numerous positions on the Board of Directors of various businesses, associations, and community groups.

ANGELO PEDICELLI

CPA Auditor

Angelo Pedicelli pursued undergraduate studies at the University of Concordia and graduate studies at the University of McGill. Mr. Pedicelli was admitted to the role of the Order in 1988. His previous experience includes four years at the accounting firm Cook, Perry, Sewell, two years at Deloitte, and twenty-one years as a sole practitioner. In addition, Mr. Pedicelli’s previous work experience includes four years as vice-president of a real estate development company.
Mr. Pedicelli is specialized in assurance, taxation and in consulting specifically for SMBs and in real estate.

FELICIA SPADAFINO

CPA

Felicia Spadafino pursued her undergraduate degree in Accountancy at Concordia University (2011) and her Graduate Certificate of Chartered Accountancy degree (2013) at McGill University. Mrs. Spadafino has held junior and senior positions primarily in mid-sized accounting firms in certification of financial statements and corporate taxation of SMEs and as an assistant controller for a public corporation. Mrs. Spadafino has much experience across various industries sectors and is focused on providing personalized solutions to our small and medium size business clients.

Amelia Barberio pursued her undergraduate and graduate degree at John Molson School of Business (2017 to 2022). Ms. Barberio obtained her Certified Professional Accounting designation specializing in audit. Ms. Barberio has had junior and senior positions at Deloitte Canada specializing in the audit of clients from various industries such as: manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, software, travel, and technology.
